Kevin and Suzette Megyeri already ran Bambino’s, an Italian restaurant, and wanted to try a burger joint. When making burgers at home, they’d melt cheddar cheese around the beef and grill it until it resembled a lacy skirt. They called it the Skirted Heifer. Their new restaurant focuses on local foods and eco-friendly practices. “They have the best burgers ever! The crispy, grilled cheese skirt on the burger is crazy delicious,” a voter said. Another said, “The burger patty itself is flavorful and perfect. The fruits are amazing and all the homemade condiments are incredible. The staff and the atmosphere are great as well.”
