Voters praised the economic sense of getting a head start on a bachelor’s degree at PPCC. Voters said: “Bridges the financial gap for the first two years of college leading to a full four-year college/university. It also provides great instruction for skills/talents in order to find a career and jobs that do not require a four-year degree.”
