Eric Stewart, executive chef and owner of Boz Catering, is on a mission to offer an affordable casual dining experience, serving gourmet cuisine andwith excellent service through his catering business. He scores on all of the above and more. After completing culinary training at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver, he located a space where he could open a commissary kitchen. To give customers a taste of his cooking talent, he started offering his Friday Chefs Tables where he serves 16 guests a themed dinner. They have been a big success and sell out as soon as he announces them. He opened Boz Marketplace and Cafe across the parking lot from his catering kitchen at 207 E. Rockrimmon Blvd.
