The Pantry
A modest name for a modest establishment- a truly Colorado establishment. The Pantry was a bakery in the 1950s, and today it remains a local staple in the little village off Ute Pass, beloved for the Cowboy Breakfast Buffet. It's a Saturday and Sunday event from June through August, during which a cowboy sings and plays guitar while food is spread out by the creek. Otherwise, grab a seat inside and feel like you're at Grandma's.
