Artist Series at Ent Center for the Arts
Last year's Artist Series was a juicy lineup of performances by some artists I knew and some I'd never heard of before. And I always appreciate being exposed to new cultural delights. Ent Center for the Arts Director Aisha Ahmad-Post brought us a five-pronged season, with classical, jazz, cabaret, dance and global get down offerings. Performers included the Nicholas Payton Quartet; Bill Frisell and Julian Lage; Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy; Ballet Hispanico; Guangdong Modern Dance Company; and Sam Bush.
