Tlaquepaque

The challengingly named yet fun-to-pronounce Tlaquepaque, which is named after a city in the Mexican state of Jalisco, is my go-to place for Mexican food in Colorado Springs. This authentic restaurant has a huge menu and every time I try something new, I’m never disappointed. Tlaquepaque has all the traditional Mexican dishes, as well as churros and horchata, but my favorite are the tacos, which are the finest in the city.
